Male or Female
Very good command of English (verbal and written) / French a plus but not necessary
Very eager help us develop our sourcing capabilities.
Experience in dealing with buidling and decorative materials in the Guangzhou / Foshan region.
Very good command of Internet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Autonomous and willing to travel around Guangzhou / Foshan region
Good at basic admnistrative taks
Good communicator and not affraid to challenge point of view.
Rigorous but flexible to adapt to changing situations.
Preivous experience in QC a plus but not essential.

Role
Based in the Guangzhou region, your time will be split between visting factories that our purchasing department as alreday preselected.
You will order for us samples and prototypes of various types of goods manufactured according to our own design or from existing catalogues.
You will reponsible for orders and shipping to our office in Hong Kong or in Paris.
You will populating a database system based on the information you will collect during your factory visit
To role will then grow to be reponsible of passing orders and following up to delivery to final destination (including confirmity, Quality Control arranged with third parties, shipping , customs clearance etc). |
